Chicken Noodle Skewers (Sempol Ayam)
Tender, savory chicken sempol with a juicy bite and rich

  • Mixing bowl

  • Frying pan / Air fryer
  • Spatula


Ingredients:

1 pack chicken dry ramen
1 tbsp chopped scallions
1 tbsp fried shallots
1 egg
2–3 tbsp cornstarch

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cook the chicken dry ramen until fully cooked, then drain.
2. Combine the ramen with all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into sempol-style sticks (long oval shapes).
4. Deep fry or cook in an air fryer until fully cooked and golden brown.
