Ingredients:
150 g chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced

110 ml UHT milk

3. Marinate for 2 hours.
4. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs.
5. Fry until golden brown and fully cooked.

7. Place the noodle seasoning in a bowl and add hot water.
8. Add the cooked noodles, chicken katsu, egg, and any desired toppings.
