Fried Floss Bread
a soft fluffy texture, rich savory filling, and flavorful Alamii Floss for the perfect comforting snack.

Ingredients:

20 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp yeast
22 tbsp water
1 tbsp margarine
Cooking oil
Alamii Chicken/Beef Floss

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place the all-purpose flour into a container.
  2. Add the sugar. Pour in the water.
  3. Knead the dough until half smooth. 
  4. Add the margarine. Continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. Divide the dough into 12 portions, then shape into balls.
  7. Flatten each dough portion and fill with Alamii Floss.
  8. Fold and shape the dough back into a ball.
  9. Dip into water, then coat with breadcrumbs. 
  10. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  11. Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  12. Fried Floss Bread is ready to be served.
