Ingredients:

  • 50 g rice
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 ml water
  • MPASI seasoning powder
  • Alamii Chicken or Beef Floss

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Blend 50 g of rice until smooth, then combine with all ingredients.
  2. Add Alamii Chicken or Beef Floss and mix well.
  3. Heat a pan.
  4. Pour the batter and shape it into thin circles.
  5. Cook until golden brown.
  6. Kerupuk Abon is ready to be served.
