Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp rice
- 1 egg
- 60 ml coconut milk
- ½ tsp broth powder
- A pinch of salt
Cooking Instruction:
- Stir-fry 1 clove of grated garlic and 1 tbsp of grated carrot in ½ tbsp of butter until fragrant.
- Add 3 tbsp of rice, then stir well.
- Pour in 1 beaten egg, 60 ml coconut milk, and 100 ml water.
- Add ½ tsp broth powder, a pinch of salt, and Alamii beef/chicken floss.
- Stir well, then cover the pan and cook over low heat until the liquid is absorbed.
- The Beef/Chicken Floss Risotto is ready to serve.
