Floss Risotto (25 mins)

Floss Risotto
Creamy risotto with flavorful abon, soft, and nourishing.

Tools:

  • Pan (Teflon)
  • Spatula
  • Stove
  • Grater
  • Container

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp rice
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • ½ tsp broth powder
  • A pinch of salt

Cooking Instruction: 

  1. Stir-fry 1 clove of grated garlic and 1 tbsp of grated carrot in ½ tbsp of butter until fragrant.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of rice, then stir well.
  3. Pour in 1 beaten egg, 60 ml coconut milk, and 100 ml water.
  4. Add ½ tsp broth powder, a pinch of salt, and Alamii beef/chicken floss.
  5. Stir well, then cover the pan and cook over low heat until the liquid is absorbed.
  6. The Beef/Chicken Floss Risotto is ready to serve.
