Ingredients:
1.5 scoops of rice
80 ml coconut milk
100 ml water
Carrot
Bay leaf
Lemongrass
Broth powder
Salt
Banana leaves
Alamii chicken/beef floss
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the rice with coconut milk and water.
- Grate the carrot and add it to the rice.
- Add the bay leaf and lemongrass.
- Season with salt and broth powder.
- Stir until the rice becomes soft and slightly mushy.
- Place the rice and Alamii floss on top of a banana leaf.
- Roll and wrap tightly, then steam for 10 minutes.
- Arem-Arem Abon is ready to be served.
