Baked Floss Donut with Alamii Noodle
Soft baked donut with rich abon and a savory noodle twist
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Alamii Chicken Dry Ramen
- 150ml milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ carrot (diced)
- Broccoli (diced)
- 50g of your favorite Cheese (grated)
- 2 Tablespoons Cheese Spread for top garnish

1 Packs of Alamii Floss: Alamii Abon Sapi / Ayam

Cooking Instructions :
- Cook 2 packs of Alamii Chicken Dry Ramen (4 blocks of noodles) in boiling water for 3 minutes
- Once cooked, mix the noodles with the noodle seasoning
- Mix the seasoned noodles with the milk, eggs, carrots, broccoli and cheese in a mixing bowl
- Cut the noodles into about 3-4 cm pieces
- Put the mixture into the donut mould or mold the mixture into balls
- Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes
- Spread the cheese spread on top of the baked noodles evenly
- Pour the floss into a bowl
- Dip the baked noodle into the bowl of floss for topping
- Tada! Your baked donuts are ready to serve!
