Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Alamii Chicken Dry Ramen
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack of Alamii Floss (Beef or Chicken)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the Alamii Chicken Dry Ramen in boiling water until tender. Drain well.
  2. While still warm, mix the noodles with the seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned noodles with eggs and green onions. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a heatproof pan or small tray, spreading it evenly.
  5. Steam for 15–20 minutes, or until fully cooked and set.
  6. Remove from the steamer and let it cool slightly before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Top generously with Alamii Floss for a rich, savory finish.
