Floss Bread Roll
Soft, fluffy bread rolls filled with rich, savory abon goodness

Ingredients:
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/4 tsp bread improver
- 40 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 120 ml cold water
- 35 g butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Sesame seeds
- Liquid milk
- Margarine
- Alamii Chicken or Beef Floss
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except margarine and salt.
- Gradually add water, then mix using a mixer.
- Once well combined, add margarine and salt.
- Mix again until fully incorporated.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour, covered with a kitchen towel.
- Sprinkle a little flour over the dough.
- Roll and flatten the dough according to the size of your baking tray.
- Prick the dough with a fork.
- Brush with egg yolk mixed with liquid milk.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.
- Add Alamii Chicken or Beef Floss on top.
- Roll the bread.
