Floss Sushi (15 mins)

Floss Sushi
Fluffy rice rolls with egg and rich abon flavor.

Tools:

  • Pan (Teflon)
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Stove

Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • Alamii Chicken & Beef Floss
  • Eggs
  • Nori (seaweed)
  • Margarine
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Cook the egg with green onions to fit the size of the pan, then roll it up.
  3. Place a sheet of nori on a plate.
  4. Spread rice evenly on one side of the nori.
  5. Add the rolled egg and Alamii Floss on the other side.
  6. Roll everything tightly into a sushi shape.
  7. Brush margarine on top of the sushi.
  8. Sprinkle Alamii Floss and sesame seeds over the top.
  9. Cut into bite-sized pieces as desired.
  10. Serve the Sushi Abon on a plate.
