Ingredients : 

  • Rice vermicelli (bihun)
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • Green onions, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • MPASI broth/stock (optional)
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Alamii Chicken or Beef Floss

Cooking Instructions : 

  1. Place the rice vermicelli in a container.
  2. Add sliced shallot and green onions.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and MPASI broth (optional).
  4. Add the egg and Alamii Chicken or Beef Floss.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese (optional).
  6. Cover the container, then steam for 15 minutes.
  7. Bihun Abon is ready to be served.
