High-Protein MPASI Martabak with Floss
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside martabak with rich abon goodness—savory, and protein-packed.

Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- Green onions, sliced
- Sautéed onion
- Alamii Beef and Chicken Floss
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- MPASI broth/stock
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Cooking Instructions :
- Slice the green onions.
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
- Add the sliced green onions.
- Add sautéed onion, salt, pepper, curry powder, and MPASI broth.
- Add Alamii Beef or Chicken Floss and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Place 3 spring roll wrappers to cover the pan.
- Pour in the prepared egg mixture.
- Place another spring roll wrapper on top.
- Fold neatly.
- Fry until the wrappers turn golden brown.
- Cut into pieces as desired.
