Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Eggs
  • Green onions
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chicken/Beef Floss by Alamii

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prepare flattened bread slices.
  2. Dip one side into beaten egg.
  3. Add scallions on top.
  4. Toast the bread until golden brown and the egg is fully cooked.
  5. Spread mayonnaise and sprinkle Alamii Floss on top.
  6. Roll the bread, then cut it into 2 pieces.
  7. Spread mayonnaise on both ends of the roll and coat with Alamii Floss.
